Job Title:Part-Time Outside Sales Representative – LED Lighting Solutions (B2B)

Location: Frederick, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, part-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this B2B role, you will identify and engage commercial clients, promote our LED lighting solutions, and help businesses cut their electricity costs and maintenance workload.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in low pressure, conversational sales environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify local businesses (offices, warehouses, schools, retail, etc.) for LED lighting upgrades and other energy-saving opportunities

• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs

• Present energy and cost-saving benefits of LED products to potential customers

• Coordinate with internal teams to generate proposals and close deals

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals

• Track activity and progress using CRM tools

 

Qualifications

• Basic outside sales experience is preferred but not required

• Clean and put together appearance

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and organized with a results-driven mindset

• Comfortable with light technical discussions (training provided)

• Ability to travel locally for in-person meetings as needed
